We have access to all of the recognised Internet property and business listing portals, digital media tools and print media publications as other agencies. Our focus however is doing it smarter, better and at a lower cost for our clients. That means an emphasis on online marketing and limited use of print media — the latter in our view often doing a better job of promoting the agency than the property (at the client’s expense). We utilise the two largest property and business listing websites in New Zealand — together with other specialist websites and social media platforms where appropriate based on the nature of the property or business, the client’s budget and other objectives. We add substantial value through crafting a marketing campaign focused on gaining maximum exposure for the lowest possible cost. In addition, we are members of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Inc. and, as we will proactively collaborate with any member agency, this gives us a potential network of about 15,000 licensed agents throughout New Zealand who may know of a buyer for your property or business.
