We have access to all of the recognised capital asset and business marketing channels, digital media tools and print media publications as other firms. Our focus however is doing it smarter, better and at a lower cost for our clients. That means an emphasis on online marketing and limited use of print media — the latter in our view often doing a better job of promoting the agency than the property asset or business (at the client’s expense). We utilise the two largest online marketing platforms in New Zealand — together with other specialist websites and social media platforms where appropriate based on the nature of the capital asset or going concern business, the client’s budget and other objectives. We add substantial value through crafting a marketing campaign focused on gaining maximum exposure for the lowest possible cost.
