What sets us apart

As a small-scale independent business your patronage means more to us and our focus is on results, not the number of clients. Maximising the financial outcome from a property or project sale or lease offering, a project development, or an acquisition, involves making important decisions. We understand this and are committed to ensuring the process is as straight forward as possible for the stakeholders involved through effective communication, provision of relevant, timely and high quality information and removal of barriers. Our deep experience, knowledge and systems allow us to provide a truly professional service and achieve an optimum result for our clients — regardless of the magnitude or complexity of the task.

Development Direction

Norwest in Sydney is a comprehensive mixed-use project that was initiated in 1987. The original master plan incorporated 378 hectares of land, and envisaged a regional retail centre, commercial and industrial sites, hotel sites, residential precincts, recreational, entertainment and civic amenities and a 20-year development life. Norwest was the first land development project in Australasia to make innovative use of a positive (as distinct from restrictive) land covenant — designed to manage ongoing development standards and estate management through compulsory membership of the Norwest Association. It has won numerous accolades, including runner-up in the prestigious International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) Master Plan category in 2007. Some 30 years after project initiation, Norwest is now home to 400+ companies and 25,000+ people. It is arguably Australasia’s most successful mixed-use urban development project.

North Sydney Brick & Tile (landowner), Chase Corporation (developer).

The immense success of Norwest is testament to the foresight of then North Sydney Brick & Tile Managing Director Doug Lancely who tragically died before seeing his and Chase’s shared vision realised.
