Project marketing

Waitikiri Estate is a high quality +160 lot residential subdivision project located near the coast in Christchurch — developed by a private company with a long and successful history in residential subdivision in the City. Bordering Waitikiri Golf Course to the north and within a short stroll to Bottle Lake Forest, Waitikiri offers strong lifestyle qualities. To ensure cohesive housing design and construction standards, all building at Waitikiri has been controlled through design guidelines and covenants registered on each title — with designs approved by the developer and a panel of preferred architects. Our involvement with the project was at a time when sales had stalled in the first two stages of the development. In consultation with the developer, we recommended subtle (but beneficial) changes to the design guidelines and revised all marketing collateral — including developing a dedicated website. Within the first six months of our involvement, in a very challenging market, we were successful in marketing and selling over 20 lots — as well as marketing and selling design-build packages on behalf of independent builders within the subdivision.
